Important general rules to be read and followed by members and/or visitors in order to use and participate in the different services, games, promotions and contests offered by the markerzone.com website.

1- Eligibility:
The participation and use of all services, games, promotions, contests and others on the markerzone.com website are offered FREE OF CHARGE to all except employees of markerzone.com, their agents and representatives, their advertising and promotion agencies and all other stakeholders related to markerzone.com including persons their reside with and/or members of their families. The persons mentioned above can participate but are not eligible to win prizes (BOOKY points) allocated to the best participants.
2- Participation:
Only one participation per person is allowed. If it comes to our attention that a person has more than one participation per game, contest or promotion, he/she will be eliminated as soon as the discovery is made (whether it was intentional or by mistake). The decision to eliminate a member/participant is at the discretion of the executives of markerzone.com and may happen at any time. Because all services, games, promotions, contests and others on the markerzone.com website are offered FREE OF CHARGE, a member/participant who loses his/her right to play on our website does not have access to any type of recourse and may not receive any compensation for his/her possible losses. If a member/participant has cumulated BOOKY points, he/she will loose all of them with no compensation.
3- General terms:
a- The winners of different games, contests and promotions offered by markerzone.com will receive their prizes in Booky points, directly in their account, within a two week period.
b- Their will be no correspondence between Maqueur.com and members/participants except with winning participants.
c- Their will be only one winner per address and per game.
d- Transfers, replacements and/or partial or total compensations in cash for the prize are forbidden.
e- BOOKY bets on diverse events will be rewarded a few hours after the event in question. Any bet placed after the official hour of the beginning of the event will not be rewarded but markerzone.com will give back the BOOKY points gambled to the player.
f- During his/her registration, the member must give existing personal information in order to receive the prizes offered to our best participants. Executives of markerzone.com reserve the right to check all participation forms received. Any illegible, incomplete, irregular, damaged, fraudulent form or one submitted in an illicit mater or non conform to rules can be disqualified by executives of markerzone.com.
markerzone.com does not take any responsibility for forms that are lost, late, destroyed, that contain any typographical error or for any situation out of the control of Maqueur.com. Any incomplete participation - one who does not contain all the required information such as name, email address or one who lacks answers to all the questions - will be rejected and will not give access to the prizes.
A participant cannot create a profile, play or participate for another member. If this occurs, markerzone.com reserves the right to cancel the account along with any BOOKY prizes related. This decision is final and without possible appeal.
Also, any participation form or registration attempt using electronic software or other types of computer software contrary to the spirit of the contest (ex.: hacking, mass emailing, etc.) will be automatically rejected and could be referred to local authority. All automated electronic participation forms will be spotted and rejected.
g- markerzone.com does not take any responsibility for participation forms with routing problems and for those sent or received after the due date for reasons out of its control. Also, the executives at markerzone.com do not take responsibility for any type of computer malfunction, software or hardware, for problems with communication lines, for the absence or loss of the communication network or for any faulty, incomplete or incomprehensible transmission or for information erased by any computer, browser, navigation software or network that could reduce winning chances for a player or prevent a player from participating in activities on markerzone.com.
h- Winners of prizes in the BOOKY catalogue do not hold markerzone.com and any affiliated companies, participating organizations, their advertising and promotion agencies and all other stakeholders related to markerzone.com responsible for any type of damage that could result from accepting and using this prize.
i- Executives at markerzone.com will not be held accountable for any damages or losses caused, directly or indirectly, by downloading any type of software forms and by transmitting or uploading information concerning the participation and use of the services, games, contests and promotions offered by markerzone.com.
j- If, for a reason out of their control and unrelated to the winner, executives at markerzone.com could not attribute a prize in accordance with the participation rules, they commit to attributing a prize of similar nature and of equal or superior value or, to their discretion, the value of the prize in cash.
k- By participating in the different games, contests and promotions offered by markerzone.com, participants authorize executives at markerzone.com to use, if required, their names, their pictures, their image, their voice, their place of residence and any satisfactory statement regarding services offered by markerzone.com for advertising or promotional purposes and this, without payment.
4- SUSPENTION OF THE WEBSITE ACTIVITIES
If, for any reason, intentional or not, markerzone.com should ceases its activities, all members/participants would immediately loose all the BOOKY points accumulated in their file. Because the markerzone.com website is entirely free of charge and the BOOKY points have no monetary value, their will be no compensation for the loss of BOOKY points.
5- CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
Executives at markerzone.com wish to maintain the respect and protection of their participant's personal information. To this end, we confirm our engagement to respect and protect your personal information in accordance with the dispositions of the law on personal information protection and electronic documents.
